🪷🧘🏻♀️Need to slow down, relax, and get your zen on? 🧘🏻♀️🪷 Come re-connect with nature, earth and yourself. Roam amongst the lavender plants, farm animals and gardens. We will have our class right in the lavender fields. This will be a slow flow class with lots of long holds, stretching and mindfulness, and is open to all levels! Please bring a yoga mat, or a large beach towel if you don’t have a mat. Spend time after class meeting the farm animals.
The farm is located at 3068 Bath Rd in Penn Yan (on the corner of Second Milo Rd).
Tickets for this fabulous morning event are *$20. Drop ins are welcomed. Cash only at the door.
*A portion of the ticket price will be donated to The Living Well in Penn Yan. The Living Well provides emergency services to local individuals and families in crisis.
