Join South Hill Forest Products for an Open House at their Sugar Bush to see where maple syrup is made! This family friendly event will provide free pancakes, music, games, forest tours, demonstrations, and many other springtime festivities! Students at Ithaca College have been working hard all semester to put on this community event. They will be sharing knowledge about boiling syrup, hand carving wooden utensils, and alternative uses for forests through their sustainable entrepreneurial endeavor.
Non timber forest products for sale! Opportunity to meet and speak to the craftsmen, artisans, and artists who made these gifts of the forest.
The Sugar Bush is located at the end of Rich Road, off of Coddington Road in Ithaca , NY. We suggest parking in Ithaca College’s O or S Lot near the Roy H. Park School of Communications and taking the provided shuttle service directly to the Sugar Bush. For your convenience, shuttles run every 15 minutes!
Free admission with tickets sold individually for activities and pancake breakfast. We hope to see you there!
***Rain Date: Sunday April 23 10 AM – 2 PM
