This one-hour exercise class features a carefully curated playlist, a ten-minute warm-up led by Becky and Becca, which includes intention setting to get your mind focused for your workout and beyond, a thirty-minute exercise circuit designed to work every muscle group in the body (with the option to add in cardio) led by Becky, followed by a twenty-minute cool down led by Becca, featuring light stretching, beginner to intermediate-friendly yoga, mindfulness, and of course, a savasana.
This is a great class to come to if you want to experience the amazing energy of an empowering and inclusive group fitness class at an affordable price, a great introduction to yoga, move your body in a judgment-free and safe space, with engaging instructors who take a holistic approach in their area of expertise and genuinely care about your well-being, and will never use diet-culture focused language (i.e., they’ll never tell you to earn your brunch or make you feel bad about yourself/your body). All fitness levels are welcome and anyone who is the slightest bit interested in attending is encouraged to sign up because you never know what you might get out of it – maybe even a new friend or two (like how Becky and Becca met!).

This class is not a part of Crystal Heart Yoga’s (CHY) regular class schedule, and therefore, all CHY passes and payment options do not apply to any Movitity-related activities, such as Move & Flow. About Your Instructors
Becky is an RRCA Level 1 Running Coach, USTFCCA Endurance and Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Wellness and Confidence Coach, and most importantly, a mom. Before co-founding Movitity, and starting her own business, she was a former science tutor and cross country coach. Her mission in life is to help new moms get their identity back by creating individualized plans based on their specific needs to ultimately regain their confidence, happiness, and joy in doing things outside of motherhood. She believes in pushing past perceived limits and knocking down barriers that prevent us from living our most fulfilling life. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, spending time at her family’s cottage, and family ice cream dates at Dippity Do Dahs in Corning, NY. Becca is a certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance, inclusive wellness, mental health, and anti-diet culture advocate, brand designer and storyteller, dog mom, and co-founder of Movitity. Her mission in life is to inspire and empower others to seek their highest potential. When she’s not busy creating something purposeful that positively impacts her community, and being the multi-passionate, creative powerhouse that she is, she enjoys long walks with her energetic dog, taking a vinyasa or hot power yoga class, being a cozy homebody while binging the latest new show with her partner, and exploring the Finger Lakes.
