LivAvtar will lead you through the blissful practice of Kirtan chanting, sharing original songs from her years as a mantra singer and recording artist as well as popular songs by artists like Krishna Das and Snatam Kaur.
As participants you are invited to chant along, drop into a profound state of meditation and/or move to the music as you feel inspired.
Kirtan chanting is a soulful musical practice involving the repetition of mantras from different traditions accompanied by simple melodies. Participants engage in call and response singing creating a communal and meditative state of flow and connection.
