Crafted and led by our local friend and passionate Yoga instructor Jan Corning. Jan has partnered with Meg Myers and Margret Vlymen to create a day of great Yoga, meaningful meditation, nutrition, good food, and relaxation in the vineyards.
Mind, body, and soul. A day just for you… Or with friends. And… For any level of Yoga experience and ability.

An overview of the benefits of WFPB. Prevent, reduce and reverse chronic illness. The food system and the environmental impact and animal welfare. WFPB compared to vegan, as well as holism and reductionism.
Lunch by Blue Heron Bakery: Hand crafted sandwiches on their fresh baked breads. YUM!
