Menu Highlights & Pairings:
Chosen Home: Start the journey with our velvety Pear Onion Soup, topped with crunchy chili chickpeas and blue cheese, paired with the smooth essence of Chosen Home wine.
Ramato: Continue with Fried Chicken and Ramp Fritters on dressed spring greens, complemented by the rustic charm of Ramato.
Pinot Noir: Savor the Pork Sausage and Mushrooms with cauliflower purée and pork jus, a hearty course that harmonizes with the depth of Pinot Noir.
