Burning of the Canes

Each winter our vineyard workers spend countless hours pruning the vines for the upcoming season. Instead of mulching some of the cast off canes, we partake in the ancient winemaking tradition of burning the canes in bonfires! Celebrate the start of a new vintage with us with bonfires, food, wine, and live music by Blue Eyed Soul.
Feel free to bring chairs and blankets. Please, no outside food and beverage. Friendly dogs on leashes are welcome.
Food menu to include:
– Skewers- Riesling Sausage or Curried Chicken (with maple syrup or Indian yogurt sauce), Sides: griddle fried potatoes & house made applesauce
– Soft pretzels with Chardonnay fondue
– Potato chowder
