I recently had a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, preparing for our trip back to Phoenix. We have had our Explorer serviced at Shepard annually and was pleasantly surprised to learn their loyalty program resulted in no charge for the service. They were prompt courteous and minimum wait time for the service. Very professionally run operation.
Generally I have had excellent service experience at Shepard Ford. Yesterday was an exception as I scheduled a routine 40,000 mile servicing for my 2020 Escape (which I love). I dropped it off at 8AM and walked to the NYKitchen for a meeting. Said I would be back at 2PM to pick it up. Got back at 1:55PM and was told it wasn't ready. Not sure it had even been taken in. At 2:35PM it was done. Most times I can just stop by for a routine servicing and it is done in that time. Someone at the front desk must have dropped the ball.
