Very satisfied with my dinner from tonight. I got a sub which was the steak sub which has shaved steak sautéed peppers and onions, double bacon which I added, mozzarella cheese, mayo and mushrooms. I have this sub as a go to. Of course you get a cookie also which they place on top so it stays warm and it is so soft. You won't be disappointed if you give this a try.
Would give a zero if I could. Ordered food,Pizza and wings. Should have lite wing sauce on these wings. No sauce whatsoever. Called to let them know. Wanted the wings returned and they would give us a credit. But would not send the correct order. So the houseful we have for dinner would have had to go without, give us a credit for a future order, and that's assuming we ever order again from this location. Already paid for their expensive wings and just wanted them correctly prepared.
First order was wrong and late and cold. Getting it straightened out took several minutes on the phone repeating the correct order several times to several people. Only to be told by the manager that I sighed when he asked for my card number! And threatened to cancel my order. Second order also incorrect . They don’t use and heat bags so it’s cold as well. Very rude manager incorrect food delivered cold and late? Lost my business marks pizzaria . There are options here in town. Learn customer service.
Mike, the big boss, reminds me of a scam artist the way he handles customer complaints, ordered a calzone that was almost completely destroyed. Toppings were not in the calzone. I don't know how that is even possible. He wanted me to bring it back to the store, basically to prove it instead of offering credit or a new one. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this man. He should be retrained
Wings are nice and big, but what they call mild is not mild.. can’t eat them. Not enough blue cheese to make edible.
