100% solar powered Lamoreaux Landing is a delightful and unpretentious experience overlooking Seneca Lake. It can be a touch windy outside but they have both indoor and outdoor wine enjoying spaces. The Rosé is a particular standout and worth taking home. Flavorful without being overt. Quite good. Rich wooden interior with nice seating spaces, plenty of affordable wine on display, bits and bites if you’re hungry, and very personable staff all round out the experience. Take note of the signs and respect their party size limit. Relatively limited parking so if it’s exceptionally busy you might need to be creative.
We accidentally stumbled on this winery while driving around Seneca lake . Beautiful facilities and views . The wines were okay . What bothered us is that they kept pouring different wines in the same glass !
This winery is stunning. The tasting room Is beautiful and has gorgeous views! Very dog friendly inside and outside. The wines were quite impressive - a little on the pricey side, but with good reason! Side note about Seneca lake wine trail in general: Cayuga wine trail was our favorite between Cayuga lake and Seneca lake wine trails. It is extremely dog friendly indoors and outdoors, and many of the wineries are right on the lake and close to each other. Seneca lake wine trail was also very dog friendly, but you will run into a couple of places that are not dog friendly indoors. This wine trail was also more in the middle of nowhere, so we definitely preferred Cayuga lake. But overall, we loved both wine trails & would love to visit again! Also, for those who like to tip their bartenders/servers at wineries… make sure to bring cash with you. Many of the wineries on the Finger Lakes do not allow tips on credit/debit cards!
Very nice service, and knowledgeable about wine as well. We (a group of 6) particularly want to shout out to Jack, who provided the best wine testing experience to us. We had a great time, and really enjoy the wines and of course ordered 4 cases with free shipping home! 👍😊
Great winery! Gorgeous views from their outdoor tasting area and the inside is beautiful as well. Really enjoyed the variety of wines they had available, to include their ice wine and gewurztraminer. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.
