Andrew called me to let me know he was available earlier than my scheduled appointment. He asked if it was okay to perform service earlier than scheduled. He arrived at the time he quoted. He introduced himself and stated the service he was going to perform. I had some questions about having my air conditioning unit inspected and Andrew explained the process and recommended I schedule now for next spring. He covered his shoes and followed me to our furnace in the basement. He retrieved his equipment and proceeded with inspecting our furnace. Andrew also answered questions I had about our water heater and I continued to ask about our air conditioning unit. Andrew was very pleasant, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. When he finished inspecting our furnace he also checked our gas line. He found a small gas leak and patched it. Finally, Andrew explained everything he did, what he found and what he recommends for our HVAC systems and more. I would definitely welcome Andrew back to inspect/repair/service/install any equipment we have that he is trained to install or maintain. I recommend Andrew to anyone who appreciates a knowledgeable, talented and helpful technician who respects you and your home.

Return Visit to client's home -- Determine if diagnostics or repairs are covered by Isaac Warranty , return to install part(s), perform quoted repair, provide additional diagnostic or repair. Repair was done on the afternoon of Friday, Oct. 21st, 2022, and as if 11:30 AM on Monday, Oct, 24th, the warranty-covered repair appears to have been successful. The tankless hot water heater and the natural gas furnace share a vent pipe for condensate; this vent pipe had been leaking since the connection of the hot water heater to this vent pipe had been made on Oct. 11th. Boiler system needed repair, called Isaac H&A, John arrived and went right to work and he was very thorough and explained to me everything he was doing and checking. I explained that I didn't know anything about the boiler system as we just purchased the home. John was very detailed and professional.
Kim was very nice and friendly. I called at 9:00 am and they were here by 10:30 and they stayed till 2:00. I needed a part and the service man drove to the warehouse and picked it up. This company installed our furnace 3 years ago and all the work today was covered by their warranty.
Tim their technician was early from the window time they gave. He was professional and polite and answered all my questions and fixed it in one visit in about an hour time. Thank you Isaac and Tim!
