What a fantastic little place to grab some wine and food! We stopped here on a Thursday night and enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere. A fantastic wine selection of all local offerings as well as local cheeses. Highly recommend you take advantage of this local gem!
Nice place to relax and enjoy a meal with a companion. They have a nice selection of wines, beers and cider. Their menu seems to change. I ordered the Patina Cider, Arctic Char, and Rice Pudding. Patina cider had a balance of sweetness and dry. Arctic Char had a nice crisp and flavor with the bok choy and white rice. I enjoyed the subtle tanginess of the sauce. The rice pudding was amazing. The cinnamon was very unique. It had very nice aroma and after taste to it that blended so well with the rice pudding. It really brightened up the dessert. Overall I enjoyed dining here.
This place is to die for. We started our first off with two ciders. (Their cider and wine menu is amazing). We followed it up with a green salad and warm sourdough bread. Ummmm I could have gone for a double order. Not cause the portions are small by any means, because I could have did a repeat for how good the dressing is. I had seared scallops with cheddar grits and asparagus. It didn’t last long. Scallops cooked to perfection. Grits were perfect and creamy. Ang had the tofu bowl with veggies soba noodles. Slight spicy and tasty as you can imagine. We rounded our meal off with a cappuccino and order of the rice pudding. Dear lord shake what your momma gave ya that was good. Creamy, sweet, tons of cinnamon on top. I am already planning our next trip so we can go here. You guys will def see us again. Keep up the great work!
Our inn keeper recommended Graft restaurant---wise choice! We liked it so much we returned a second time. The talented chef Orlando works in a tiny kitchen designed for one chef. The menu isn’t large, but the items, which vary frequently, are culinary masterpieces. Farm to table food can’t get any better than here. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We chose to sit at the bar each time and enjoyed conversations with others at the bar. One diner was also a chef who knew Orlando and praised him highly. Another diner, an owner of one of the Seneca Lake wineries, enjoyed a meal while talking with Orlando about adding his wines to the menu. Locals praise and support the restaurant, even during the worse months of the pandemic. Don’t pass up an opportunity to eat here!
This place was recommended to us by the owners of the B and B we stayed at close by. It lived up to and exceeded our expectations for service, presentation and quality of food. The beer, wine and cider selections were amazing. I described what type of cider that I liked and the waitress was able to bring me one that matched my taste perfectly! My husband and I are looking forward to going back next time our travels take us up to the Finger Lakes!
