FL Comfort installed a heat/cooling heat pump system, to replace both our ancient a/c unit and the gas furnace. From estimate to installation, they were friendly and knowledgeable. They called back when I had questions, and they communicated so well about when they would arrive - even text messaging to update us when they were en route! They were forthcoming in going over both pros and cons of the system we were considering, and SO patient with all our questions. It's so easy to recommend Finger Lakes Comfort. By the way, the system they installed operates quietly, smoothly and seamlessly. I can't wait to see how it does when we switch it to heating mode.
Mark was great. He’s someone I trust completely with my home. Very experienced and knowledgeable. We had a fire alarm go off late last week due to possible issue with furnace. He explained everything with my furnace system (very little info since home was a foreclosure) and made me feel much more comfortable knowing my family was safe. I trust Mark, Greg, and Fingerlakes Comfort and will always recommend.
I called because I had a water heater that wasn't working. Jackie was great on the phone and was able to get Zach out to me really quickly. Zach was super helpful and went over my options. I decided to get a new water heater installed. They had it installed 2.5 hours after I initially made the call into them. Really great service!
This is truly a company that goes above and beyond for customers. We use Finger Lakes Comfort to service the furnace and A/C system. A few days before Christmas, the furnace began faulting and shutting down. Greg, Dan, and the team came to check on the furnace and restart it, but then it failed completely another day later. The team at Finger Lakes Comfort were able to fit us in to install a new furnace, right before severe cold weather hit the area. We are very grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism!
While the office staff was very responsive and helpful, the leak could not be repaired by the plumber sent to my home, and I have a service contract with them. I paid $250 and the leak is exactly as it was when I called them. I paid for replacement parts, which I obviously didn't need since the drip/leak is the same as it was before the plumber came to my home. I will be cancelling my service contact with them. Someone should have seen that this was not the way to treat and existing customer. How would you feel, and what would you think if you paid $250.00 for nothing?
