The atmosphere is very nice and the restaurant is beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful but the food was incredibly underwhelming. I ordered the seafood scampi, sauteed pierogi and fried calamari. The seafood in seafood scampi was overcooked and the sauce was bland and runny. It needed more garlic, more butter and more lemon and needed to be reduced to concentrate the flavor and make it thicker. The filling in pierogi was good but the skin was very thick and chewy. Calamari was nicely fried and wasn't soggy. The portions were very large and the food was aesthetically presented.

Had an early dinner here. Very nice atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. Our server Brooke was so pleasant. The meal was good for the price but nothing that left me saying wow that was delicious. Reuben sandwich was good but a few bites were very chewy. Soups were very good

Even living in the area I've been here multiple times, but this is a great place to visit for people travelling into town. Great food, great drinks, great views right by the lake...what's not to love?
On last visit with a few friends we decided to just sit at the bar for a couple drinks. Our bartender Sam was incredibly upbeat and fun! Very willing to take time to explain drink options to get you something you wanted even when business was picking up. (Attached photo was an aperol spritz--first time having one and I loved it!) She definitely made the experience stand out.
Love this place! Will definitely keep visiting in the future.

Breakfast at Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel restaurant. Service was prompt, pleasant, and knowledgable. The outdoor patio setting is spotless with an abundance of flowers and greenery throughout. The piped in music is tasteful and acoustically set in rock speakers hidden throughout the garden area so no sound interrupts your meal. The patio overlooks the Harbor. Quite and beautiful. I’ve eaten three meals here so far this week and all have been excellent.

Stayed at the hotel and ate dinner and breakfast at the Grille. Both meals were well prepared and tasty. The wait were staff well trained. Cost was a bit high, but consistent with the hotel which was excellent.
