Amazing women, they are the best salon to goto to have any style you want done to your hair and walk-ins are welcome. But don't take my word for it check it out for yourself
I walked in for my appointment, several ladies were sitting behind the counter, but the place was a mess, hair all over the chairs and floor. I went with the lady who was to cut my hair to her station, she brushed hair off of her chair, but I had to continue to brush more hair off before sitting down, DISGUSTING! I showed her a picture of a medium layered hairstyle I wanted. My hair was long enough to achieve the style, and would need several inches cut of to do so. She never asked if I wanted it washed and cut, she just did the dreadful wet cut (spraying it out of a bottle). As she was cutting she cut it way short, I spoke up. She said she had to go that short to get it to layer correctly. A bit later I mentioned it was uneven, she snipped even more off, on the shorter side! "it looks like a mullet" I comment as she took the cape off of me as to say she was done. Her reply "I don't know what else to do!" I walked out with a haircut that was uneven, looked like a mullet, the front and sides were way too short for the hairstyle I asked for, there were poufy pouches throughout the sides and front, the back was strait (no layers).. THE WORST haircut I have ever had. I called to talk to the owner and she said I had to talk to the stylist. My reply was "I"m not going back to her, she doesn't know what she's doing.". She asked me to come in and she did fix it (again had hair on her chair). the hair is not even, she put layers in the back, but she could not achieve the picture because it was already too short, which I knew would be the case going in, but I needed it cleaned up. I will not be returning to this salon. If I could rate t his a minus ten salon, I WOULD!

I have gone here a few times now and loved it at first, but my most recent experience made me never want to go back. First, I walk in during the morning on a Monday so they were not busy at all. There was an older woman at the front desk who went to ask the two other hairstylists in the salon to cut my hair and they said they could not so she came back to me and had me sit down. She washed my hair and told me to go sit in the chair and went back to them again to ask. I felt like she really didn’t want to cut my hair and it was making me very anxious. She then came back after being told no again and I told her how I wanted it to look and showed a picture. After going to tell the other hairstylist AGAIN she came back and started to cut it. While this was happening a group of younger girls were talking with one of the hairstylists and swearing and being extremely inappropriate which was not helping my comfort and anxiety levels in that moment. To top it all off I went home with an extremely uneven haircut and I am very unhappy with it. I straighten my hair everyday which i explained to the woman and told her how important it was for it to be an even cut because it’s very noticeable if it’s not even. But she seemed as though she didn’t even want to cut my hair or didn’t know how. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
I unfortunately can't say I had a good experience. I took my sister there to get a haircut & color. She needs a walker too move around and also needs hearing aids. She had a hard time getting in and out if the salon chairs. I feel that the beautician didn't have the patience to deal with her disabilities. I will not go back there!
