Yoga with Abi

Starting Sunday November 15th WBD will be hosting weekly yoga classes. Abigail Simmons has been an avid yogi for the last ten years and has recently received her yoga training certificate. She is an occupational therapist by trade and is so excited to share her passion for yoga with all of you! All levels welcome.
6 person maximum, masks, and social distancing will be implemented. Please bring your own mats and any other supplies you need – none will be provided at this time.
