Winter Wine & Food Pairing Seminar

This Winter Wine & Cheese Seminar will leave you feeling like a wine expert! Enjoy tastings of 6 Point of the Bluff wines, including a newly released wine, paired with lovely local cheeses and hors d’oeuvre’s prepared by Chef Dan Eaton from our sister restaurant, The Park Inn!
You will have the opportunity to hear from our winemaker Mike Countryman and our Sommelier Nick Brydels. These men are full of knowledge and are ready to discuss the science and processes behind the wines, the flavors, the aromas and how to pair them! This session will be interactive, allowing you to ask any questions you may have.
This class is open to anyone and everyone, whether you are a wine connoisseur or looking to learn the basics! It will be wonderful evening full of great wine, food, and company! Bottles will be available for purchase at the end of the event.
Your safety and health is our biggest priority. Masks will be required anytime you are not seated at your station, which will be placed 6 feet away from other individuals and groups. When you checkout, you will be asked to list any other individuals or groups that you wish to be seated with if you purchased tickets separately. This ensures that all individuals or groups are properly socially distanced from others.
