Each day, local practitioner’s will offer FREE yoga and meditation classes in The Smith’s 2nd Floor Dance Studio. These classes are offered in partnership with Evangeline Reale and OM Yoga. Samples are:
– Intro to Stress Reduction-dancing on the border between chaos and order.
– Acuyoga
– Restorative Yoga & Singing Bowls
Saturday, May 6th: Local wellness vendors will offer samples of their goods and services in The Smith’s 2nd Floor Dance Studio
