Hosmer Spring Brunch

Join us for Brunch! Enjoy a 3-course Brunch by FLX chef Rhionn DiVincenzo. The event will begin with delicious mimosas followed by a completely locally-sourced meal. Tickets are $45 per person for general admission. HVM and Wine Club Member tickets are $40. Please call if you are unsure of your membership status! Must be 21 to participate. Menu below:

First course:
-Bitter Greens/ charred spring onion/ snow peas/citrus/ walnut vinaigrette/ goat cheese paired with 2021 Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course Options:
Eggs with crispy local mushrooms/ soft scramble/ and flour city bread paired with Berri
OR
Sausage gravy with local sausage and biscuits with pickled spicy pepper relish paired with Berri
Third course:
Strawberry Rhubarb Mousse Parfait with granola paired with 2019 Patrician Verona Riesling
