Join Canandaigua Fitness for a weekly exercise class. No weights required. A series of 10 cardio fat-burning exercises that use your own bodyweight! Spend one min on each exercise then move on to the next. Do one circuit for a 20 min fat burn or both for 20/20 perfect vision! Registration required.
