Cider House Feast

Sunday September 24th we’re hosting Ezra from @evescidery!
Join us for a ‘Cider House Feast’ featuring ciders by Eve’s Cidery of Van Etten, NY. This multi-course, family-style dinner is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Basque cider houses, or ‘sagardotegi.’
Tickets are available at microclimategeneva.com. Tickets cover a 4-course dinner. Cider from Eve’s will be available a la carte, as a pairing, and retail. Txotx!

1st – Anchovy, Olive, & Tomato Skewers; Smoked Fish Mousse and bread basket; Preserved Piquillo peppers with arbequina olive oil & garlic
2nd – Salt Cod Omelette with caramelized onions alongside Cider-braised chorizo sausage
3rd – NY Strip with taleggio & mixed greens
4th – Idiazabal (smoked sheep’s milk cheese) with apples & walnuts and basque almond cream tart
