Hannah Madl, a.k.a Leo is a singer/songwriter based in Ithaca, NY. Leo has a special talent for crafting infectious melodies and harmonies that draw the listener in and leave them wanting more. Lyrically, Leo is youthful and free-spirited while bringing a sense of maturity to the table. Musically, Leo can seamlessly bridge the gap between catchy indie rock and jazz-inspired numbers. ‘Piggytails’, the lead single from her debut album ‘FRESHMAN’ is a youthful cry for control with moving drums and an anthemic chorus. ‘Sleeping’ is a vocal masterpiece, singing about playful young love. ‘Sleeping’ uses impressive lyrical metaphors to tell a love story as you haven’t heard.
