Burning of the Canes

Each winter our vineyard workers spend countless hours pruning the vines for the upcoming season. Instead of mulching some of the cast off canes, we partake in the ancient winemaking tradition of burning the canes in bonfires! Come celebrate the start of a new vintage with us with bonfires, food, wine, and live music by Blue Eyed Soul.
Chef Brud Holland braves the cold and grills out for this event.
Food Menu:
-House smoked Riesling sausage, pan fried potatoes & onions, house made Cabernet Franc applesauce
-Potato leek chowder w/croutons
-Soft pub pretzels w/Chardonnay fondue
Feel free to bring chairs and blankets, no outside food and beverage please. Friendly dogs on leashes are welcome.
