The Restaurant at The Park Inn is seasonally focused, with an emphasis on locally produced and sourced ingredients for all of its offerings. Our fully modernized kitchen is directed by Chef Dan Eaton, who had a 20-year professional cooking career in Rochester, NY working his way up through the ranks at Rooney’s, 2Vine, Rio Bamba, Tonic and Pearl. Eaton staged at renowned restaurants Bouley in New York City and Auberge du Soleil & The French Laundry in Napa Valley, California. In 2005, Eaton began hosting “Cooking at Home” on Time Warner Cable, and for the next 12 years he was personally responsible for creating more than 3,000 recipe segments which aired in many markets throughout the United States. After leaving television, Eaton worked at Good Luck Restaurant in Rochester, once again diving deep into the workings of an ultra-creative, upscale restaurant.
