We stopped here looking for good times and great wine and found this gem off the beaten path. Owner is quite the character, and we had a great time chatting about wine, crystals and mining. Their May sangria brew was absolutely marvelous and unlike any other we have ever had. There were just 4 varieties available to taste that day and we thought 3 of the 4 showed real promise. Overall nice smoothness to each we tried. We would definitely stop back here when we are next in the area. A very personal and non cookie cutter experience.
Just returned from a long weekend in Keuka Lake. The only wine we brought home from the trip was from here. We visited many wineries and the wine here was our favorite by far. Each wine from the tasting was delicious but the Rock Hunter White was unlike any I've had before. We would have bought more but we were riding bikes so we had to settle for one bottle. Looking forward to drinking it on the beach very soon!
Winery is such a gem! Wonderfully laid back place. The owner was very friendly and the sangria is out of this world. Very unique and so glad we stopped by!
Great experience and an amazing host! Thank you.
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The view was nice but the experience was in the negatives. We were traveling around as a group experiencing the places around us. As soon as we walk up and a few members say they are not going to sample the owner says "so what out of 11 people I am going to make maybe $10?" Then to add to the experience he wasn't happy when we only liked sweet wine. It's $5 for 4 samples, yet I was charged $6 for 3 samples. I would not recommend and will not go back.
